Acceptance of Terms

Family-Friendly Use
The App is designed for users of all ages. By using the App, you agree to use it responsibly and in a manner consistent with its educational purpose. For younger users, we recommend parental or guardian guidance to enhance the learning experience.
Description of the App
The App is designed to help users learn sunnah of eating and drinking and develop a habit of following prophetic sunnah in their meals by offering them interactive ways to log and track how much their meals are aligned with the sunnah. The App does not require user accounts and does not collect or store any personal data. We may update the App's features from time to time to improve the learning experience.
Use of the App
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, features, content, and trademarks, are owned by Saad Mobile. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Saad Mobile.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet your requirements.
- The App will operate without interruption, error, or security vulnerabilities.
- The App will produce specific or guaranteed outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saad Mobile and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the App.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease.
